Family Fun Takes Off at the Quick Center with The Little Prince

FAIRFIELD, Conn. (March 6, 2017) —The Quick Center for the Arts’ Family Fun Series presents: The Little Prince , produced by Swazzle on Sunday April 23 , 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Swazzle’s Little Prince is a multi-layered visual feast produced by Sean and Patrick Johnson, who are puppeteers trained at the Jim Henson Company . The iconic story is one for all ages, and will be told on stage through inventive puppets, actors, original music and set design that bring to life the prince, the aviator, and the worlds to which they travel.

The Little Prince, or Le Petit Prince , by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, is one of the most beloved books of all time. Written in 1943, it has sold more than 150 million copies in almost 300 languages. Swazzle’s The Little Prince was adapted for the stage by Rick Cummins and John Scoullar and the music is composed by Rick Cummins. Swazzle is a puppet production company that was founded in 2004 by twin brothers Sean and Patrick Johnson.
