Oh no! Brother Bear is in trouble at school, Sister Bear meets strangers and Papa Bear is eating too much junk food. It's up to Mama Bear to set things right. Each of the Berenstain Bears learns important life lessons that resonate far beyond the world of Bear Country. This iconic tale of these beloved characters features fun songs and lively dancing and delights in the greatest lesson of all: what truly matters is family.

Authors Jan and Stan Berenstain originally published the classic story of Momma, Papa, Brother, and Sister Bear in 1974. Since then, (with over 300 books, three animated television series, an upcoming feature-length movie, and this lively musical), the Berenstain family continues to bring joy to families for generations. This production is based on three of 'The Berenstain Bears' most beloved books: The Berenstain Bears Learn About Strangers, The Berenstain Bears and Too Much Junk Food, and The Berenstain Bears' Trouble at School.

Music is composed by Michael Borton, with additional work by Emmy-nominated television writer Michael Slade. The performance is produced by Matt Murphy, a familiar face on the Broadway scene and a producer for the Tony Award-Winning musical Memphis . Director and Choreographer Devanand Janki brings extensive experience to the set as a longtime member of the Broadway and Lincoln Center theatre scene.
