Fairfield University professor explains how the communication skills of top police personnel can work for you
Who: Diana Hulse, Ed.D., professor of counselor education, Graduate School of Education andAllied Professions (GSEAP), Fairfield University, along with retired Police Captain Peter J. McDermott, authors of the book "Policing in the 21st Century: TALK trumps technology."Capt. McDermott served the West Hartford and Windsor police departments and was a Connecticut Police Academy instructor.
