Who: Live Radio Drama is presented by an ensemble of approximately 10 actors and actresses who have been involved with Radio Drama productions at the Quick Center since 2000. There are two shows in one, the radio play heard over the sound system, complete with live sound effects, and the silent drama that casually unfolds between the actors when they are off microphone.

What: "Romance and Murder"

Vintage crimes-of-passion, murderous femme fatales, and mystery abound, as Live Radio Drama's suavely-dressed troupe of old time radio actors, musicians, and sound effects men transport audiences to another era. Snappy dialogue and original 1940s commercials keep things moving toward their inevitable end. Audiences can spend a suspenseful Valentine's Day weekend at the Quick and see what it was like in a golden-age radio station.
