Learn how relationships are good for you at Fairfield University Bookstore event

Image: T Crow Author and Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Trevor Crow will discuss her new book, "Forging Healthy Connections: How Relationships Fight Illness, Aging and Depression," at 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 5 at Fairfield University Bookstore, 1499 Post Road, Fairfield. The book talk and signing is free and open to the public and will be followed by a reception at 6 p.m.

Trevor Crow received her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University's Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions. She also holds a MBA from Harvard University and a certificate in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She uses systems theory in her private practice and approaches family therapy with a strong emphasis on the role of attachment in relationships. Crow is also the host of a popular radio show, "Keeping Connected with Trevor Crow," which airs every Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m. on WGCH 1490 AM.
