Mentalist crosses Borders of the Mind at Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts February 5

Kane's "Borders of the Mind," a psychic show for the whole family (10 and up), returns to Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts in the Wien Experimental Theatre for two performances on Saturday, February 5 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 general and $15 children. "Borders of the Mind" is an Arts & Minds presentation.

Like Professor X of legend, Kane identifies those in the audience with special abilities who will successfully project their own thoughts and tap the powers of their intuition. An amazing, interactive performance where the entire audience experiences simultaneous telepathy and witnesses dazzling feats of lie detection and, what must be, psychic phenomena. People of all ages leap to participate in the strange happenings that take place at the "Borders of the Mind."

Kane is often asked, "Can you read my mind?" His answers offer vague possibilities that serve to intrigue: "Perhaps it is my mastery of reading body language that allows me to distinguish liars from truth-tellers. Or it could be the same craft for which witches were burnt at the stake," he replies wryly.

Wherever he goes, Kane delights his audiences while he helps them tap into and use their own amazing psychic abilities. "My partner is always the audience," Kane says. "The people who come to my show are special. They bring a greater expansiveness of imagination and possibility."

Entertainment Director of New York's Mohonk Mountain House says the audiences were astounded, "Joshua Kane amazed and delighted our family audience. I've never seen so many people eager to participate in a show."
