Fairfield University joins Fairfield Museum and History Center in presenting Lenka Pichlikova performing fun folk tales

Image: Lenka Pichlikova In a performance co-sponsored by Fairfield University's University College and the Fairfield Museum and History Center, Lenka Pichlikova, adjunct professor of Russian literature at University College and an actress and mime will present a lively performance of a Czech and a Native American folk tale on Friday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m. at the Museum located at 370 Beach Road in Fairfield. Admission is $5 for adults and children over 12. Children under 12 are free.

Pichlikova, a native of Prague who has lived in Stamford for more than 15 years, will perform "The Clever Daughter," a Czech tale well known to her from her childhood. Always an adventurous performer, Pichlikova will also perform a Native American tale, entitled "The Raven Girl."

The performance is one in many of the Museum and History Center's special April vacation events.
