The panel will weigh in on key factors vital to rising the corporate ladder, balancing work and family, and why and when to make career moves.

Who : Maive F. Scully, retired from her position as senior vice president & chief financial officer of GE Money, will be the moderator. The panelists include Anne H. Black, vice president, corporate engagement at Goldman Sachs & Co.; Jay LoVetere, principal and managing director of LoVetere Financial LLC; Kristin McMahon, chief claims officer of IronHealth, Inc.; Shannon Barry Siwinski, executive director, Short Term Fixed Income Trading, JPMorgan Securities; Vivian Vitale, senior vice president of Human Resources, Unica Corporation; and Kevin Walsh, managing director, Power & Renewable Energy, GE Energy Financial Services.
