Back by popular demand: Joshua Kane's Borders of the Mind returns to Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts

You asked for it - You got it! Mentalist Joshua Kane is coming back to the Wien Experimental Theatre at Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts with "Borders of the Mind: the Psychic Show for the Whole Family" on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 1 at 3:00 p.m.

Kane, a mentalist and actor from New York City, uses his psychic abilities and the audience's mental acuity to provide an extraordinary interactive experience. A lifelong comic book fan, Kane invites his audience to tap into their inner superhero. "I think we all dream of getting that letter from Hogwarts," Kane says, "of being told like Neo in The Matrix, 'You are the One.' We all want to be like the X-Men and discover that what is odd about us is actually extraordinary." In "Borders of the Mind," Kane helps audiences tap into and use their own amazing psychic abilities.

Audience members of all ages leap at the opportunity to participate in the Strange Happenings that take place at the "Borders of the Mind." "My partner is always the audience," Kane says. "Today's audience wants to be part of the show. We're living in the age of video games and the internet where people are accustomed to helping to make things happen." In "Borders of the Mind," Kane helps the audience find and use their own amazing psychic abilities.

When Kane last brought his special brand of psychic entertainment to the Quick Center for the Arts, audiences grabbed every available ticket to be amazed by feats of telepathy and the unexpected. "The people who come to my show are special. They bring a greater expansiveness of imagination and possibility. They are my partners in creating an extraordinary piece of entertainment," Kane says.
