What: Russian Hour on April 2 to feature scholars from Georgia and Turkmenistan who are at Fairfield University this semester

How: Professors Dondoladze and Orazova are spending this Spring 2009 semester at Fairfield University as part of the Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP), of the American Councils on International Education, made possible by a grant from the U.S. Department of State.

When: Thursday, April 2, at 5 p.m.

Where: Canisius Hall 305 at Fairfield University

Program: Professors Dondoladze and Orazova will speak informally about the identities of their countries, past and present.

Background: Nino Dondoladze, is an Instructor in the European Studies Department at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (Batumi Georgia) and Hallybagt Orazova is Assistant Professor, Department of English for Specific Purposes, Turkmen State University, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
