Charles F. Burke of North Dartmouth, Mass., who graduated from Fairfield University on May 20, received the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award. This award is given to the senior who has combined an excellent academic record and solid service to the community.

Burke, an economics major, maintained a strong academic record and contributed significant service to the economics department both as a lab assistant and as a member of the Economics Club. He has taken a position with Merrill Lynch.
