Quick Center for the Arts presents the Missoula Children's Theatre (MCT) production of "Cinderella" on Friday, July 27, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, July 28, at 11 a.m. in the Quick Center's Kelley Theatre. This production, written and conceived by MCT's James Caron, is an original adaptation of the classic fairy tale.

Prince Charming, a pumpkin coach, a glass slipper and a dream come true are all woven together by the magic of a Fairy Godmother in this enchanting musical. When Cinderella's stepsisters try to keep her from attending the ball, the Fairy Godmother enlists the help of the Mice and the Pumpkins to transform Cinderella for the big event. Also featured are Cleo the Cat, Fido the Dog, the Lords and Ladies, the Town Criers, the King and the Beggars.

MCT's Jenny Woodruff portrays Raggedy Annie and the Stepmother; Kevin Johnson is Rags the Beggar and Prince Charming. The children attending the Quick Center's Summer Theatre camp for the week prior to the production play all other roles.

Music is by David Simmons; original staging is by James Caron; additional music is by Geoffrey Fontaine and James Caron, and arrangements are by Michael McGill.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for children and seniors. For tickets or a detailed brochure, call the box office at (203) 254-4010 or toll-free at 1-877-ARTS-396.
