Lacrosse to Host Military Appreciation Day, April 22

Fairfield University Lacrosse will host its annual Military Appreciation Day this Saturday, April 22 on Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium. The day begins with Fairfield Women’s Lacrosse hosting Canisius at noon followed by Fairfield Men’s Lacrosse challenging Towson at 3 p.m.

The festivities from Rafferty Stadium will include fundraisers and apparel sales to benefit the Travis Manion Foundation and Operation Hat Trick. In addition, all veterans and active duty military will receive free admission with a military ID.

Admission is free for all Fairfield Women’s Lacrosse regular season home games this season. Fans who wish to stay for the 3 p.m. Fairfield Men’s Lacrosse game will be required to purchase a ticket online or at the Rafferty Stadium ticket office on gameday. Fans who exit Rafferty Stadium after 1 p.m. will need to present a ticket for re-entry. Fairfield University students, faculty and staff are entitled to one free ticket (with a StagCard) for all Fairfield regular season home games.
