Don’t Get Left in the Cold! Winter Intersession Course Registration Ends Dec. 19

Fairfield University will offer more than 30 online and accelerated courses over the 2018-19 winter break.

Fairfield University is encouraging undergraduate students to take advantage of the winter break and “sled ahead” in their studies by registering for one of the University’s upcoming Winter Intersession courses. Registration for online courses is available through December 19, 2018, and registration for one-week intensive classes will remain open through January 4, 2019, at my.fairfield.edu.

Each undergraduate Winter Intersession course is geared toward current students and area residents who are home for the holidays and want to accelerate their degree programs. Intensive, three-credit courses are available on campus in a concentrated one-week format and encompass a variety of disciplines, including art, business, music, and sociology. Each one-week course requires pre-work that must be completed prior to the start of classes, which run January 10-16, 2019.

Convenient, five-week courses are also available online during the University’s Winter Intersession and run Friday, December 20, 2018 through January 24, 2019. Course are available in a wide range of disciplines including art history, anthropology, biology, communication, economics, English, finance, marketing, politics, psychology, and religious studies.

Detailed Winter Intersession course descriptions and registration information are available online at fairfield.edu/wintersession. For more information, contact Program Coordinator Sandy Richardson at arichardson@fairfield.edu or 203-254-4000 ext. 2911.
