Watch 67th Commencement Live on Facebook This Sunday

Fairfield University celebrates its 67 th Commencement on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Graduate and Undergraduate ceremonies will be held on the Bellarmine Lawn on the University campus.

The ceremonies will be streaming live on the University’s Facebook page throughout the day, accompanied by a special look inside Commencement as Zoe Ferranti ’17 takes over Fairfield’s Snapchat account (@FairfieldU) for a first person perspective of this milestone experience. Fairfield will also provide coverage on its Instagram story (@FairfieldU), and graduates and their families can join the celebration by posting their photos, videos and Commencement messages online using the #StagGrad hashtag.

Saturday, May 20, 2017: School Receptions

Undergraduate and Graduates, along with their family and friends, are invited to attend their school's reception to meet and mingle with Deans and faculty members.

Everyone is also cordially invited to attend the Baccalaureate Mass at 4 p.m . in Alumni Hall.

Sunday, May 21, 2017: Commencement Ceremonies

Undergraduate Ceremony 9:30 a.m.

Graduate Ceremony 3:00 p.m.

The 67th Commencement Ceremony for both Undergraduate and Graduate is scheduled to be held on Bellarmine Lawn.

Please come prepared with appropriate rain gear as the event will be held outside if at all possible. Inclement weather notifications and location changes will be posted on the Commencement webpage Sunday morning.

Fairfield University encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. There will be several indoor locations with live video streaming of Commencement ceremonies located around campus available for guests with physical disabilities or who would prefer indoor seating.
