Coming Up: A “Spring-tacular” Weekend

Spring is here, finally! Students will want to stay on campus for all the events planned for Spring-tacular Weekend , Thursday-Sunday, April 16-19. From service opportunities ( Hunger Cleanup and Relay for Life) to athletics (tennis and lacrosse) to the traditional Dogwood Dance, Gender Bender Ball, and Dance Ensemble—there’s something for everyone.

Here’s the schedule:


Junior Mug Night , 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.: The Levee

Candlelight Prayer
, 9 – 10 p.m.: Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola

Late-Night Stag Specials
, 10 p.m. – Midnight: Stag Snack Bar—$1 specials!


Holi Festival—
An ancient Hindu religious festival, also known as the festival of colors or the festival of love), 1 – 5 p.m.: Campion Field
