Quick Center Broadcasts NT Live's "Of Mice and Men" on Nov. 6

James Franco and Chris O'Dowd fans, rejoice! Your favorite actors are coming to a screen near you on November 6 when the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts presents two National Theatre Live encore broadcasts of the Broadway hit Of Mice and Men . Tickets are now available for both the 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. screenings.

Golden Globe winner and Academy Award nominee James Franco ( 127 Hours, Milk ) and Tony Award nominee Chris O’Dowd ( Bridesmaids, Girls ) star in this landmark revival of Nobel Prize winner John Steinbeck's play, a powerful portrait of the American spirit and a heartbreaking testament to the bonds of friendship. The production was nominated for two Tony Awards, including Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for Chris O'Dowd.

"Director Anna D. Shapiro ( August: Osage County ) packs shading and meaning into an evocative production in which danger lurks everywhere," wrote New York Daily News critic Joe Dziemianowicz.

Tickets are $25, $20 seniors, $15 children/students, $10 for groups of 10 or more students. For tickets, contact the Quick Center at www.quickcenter.com or (203) 254-4010.
