What: The Dolan School of Business will host Larry Ackerman, a leading expert on organizational and personal identity, for a lecture and faculty panel discussion. Mr. Ackerman will be joined by Mark Ligas, PhD, interim dean of the Dolan School of Business, and by John Neal, visiting assistant professor of marketing. The Business Breakfast Series at the Dolan School is an interactive seminar for managers and area professionals.
Who: Larry Ackerman is a leading authority on both personal and organizational identity and the impact it has on brand, leadership, and culture. He is the founder and president of Identity Circle LLC, a consulting and coaching firm in Westport, Conn. His clients have included AARP, Fidelity Investments, Lockheed Martin, Maytag, National Geographic, State Farm Insurance, and others.
