From the moment his tall, red-and-white-striped hat appears at their door, Sally and her brother know that the Cat in the Hat is the most mischievous cat they will ever meet. Suddenly the rainy afternoon is transformed by the Cat and his antics. Will their house ever be the same? Can the kids clean up before mom comes home? With some tricks (and a fish) and Thing Two and Thing One, with the Cat in The Hat, the fun's never done! Based on the book by Dr. Seuss and adapted and originally directed by Katie Mitchell.
The Quick Center Family Fun Series is a perfect opportunity to bring your family to the theatre for one-of-a-kind experiences that enhance their learning, ignite creativity and offer a new view of the world around them. Additional performances include Frosty on Saturday, December 19 at 1 p.m. and Goodnight Moon & The Runaway Bunny on Sunday, April 24 at 3 p.m.
