Details: With National Writing Project funding, Bryan Ripley Crandall, Ph.D., director of the Connecticut Writing Project–Fairfield, and Bassick Principal Wayne Alexander created this professional development day through a federal SEED grant (supporting effective educator development) to initiate cross-disciplinary conversations on literacy and team-teaching, and to think through best practices that align curricular goals with Common Core State Standards.
