Current Research Interests

Dr. Massey's research focuses on accounting ethics and pedagogy. Her scholarship is widely published in top journals, including:

Dr. Massey is an innovator in the classroom. She not only strives to keep her courses abreast of changes in the accounting profession, but she also strives to deliver the material using contemporary approaches suited to today's student. In recognition of her outstanding work in this area, she and colleague, Dr. Joan Van Hise, were co-recipients of the American Accounting Association's Innovation in Accounting Education Award in 2001 for their work in innovating the curriculum in Advanced Accounting.
