Congdon mixes art, science

Firms must promote themselves in good and bad economies, said Mark Ligas, associate professor of marketing at Fairfield University. "If you don't have something reminding existing and potential clients that you're there, it becomes much easier to fall off the radar," he said. "And, if you are a company that does promotions, then you really need to be out there telling businesses that their business needs your business."
