Business Plan Competition winners interviewed by WPKN

Jim Motavalli interviewed student winners and Dolan School of Business faculty member Dr. Chris Huntley, co-chair of the competition with Dr. Mukesh Sud. Eighteen teams competed. The 'SenseFit' and 'inCognito' teams - made up of students from the Dolan School and the School of Engineering - took home $10,000 and $5,000 in start-up funds respectively, in the 'Venture' and 'Social Enterprise' categories. Interviewed were electrical engineering major Darren Mondezie, co-designer of 'inCognito climate controlled hats' for cancer patients, and Bernardo Navarro, an accounting and economics major who was part of the 'SenseFit' team that designed a health and fitness monitor.
