By simply going to https://app.uwill.com and entering their school email address, students will be presented with an extensive network of mental health professionals to choose from. These counselors have an average of 10 years of direct clinical experience and utilize a solutions-oriented approach to address the specific issues students are facing. Once a student makes their selection, they are connected to their counselor within 24 hours, when they can then begin receiving support.

All currently Fairfield Graduate students currently enrolled in a degree-based program with a valid school email address are eligible to access the Uwill platform.

Yes, being a Fairfield University graduate student means that your university has chosen to offer this resource to you as an additional resource, free of charge.

You may access Uwill by clicking on https://app.uwill.com. From there, you can register using your Fairfield student email address. Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation. After confirming your email address, you can select your desired counselor and schedule an appointment.

You will generally be matched with a counselor within 24 hours after you complete you complete your registration.
