Accreditations for the School of Education and Human Development
Fairfield University's School of Education and Human Development is fully accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) through December 2028. The School also holds full program approval status through March 2029 from the Connecticut State Board of Education.
In 2015, the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Professions (CACREP) awarded the two professional programs within the Department of Counselor Education an eight-year accreditation with no stipulations.
