Graduate Degree Programs
Fairfield University's Charles F. Dolan School of Business offers seven graduate degree programs. Each program offers instruction from experienced faculty who will help you achieve your career endeavors by providing a better understanding of the larger ethical, practical, and global contexts of the workplace.
MS In Accounting
Fairfield University's Master of Science in Accounting has designated tracks in assurance, tax and accounting information systems.
MS In Business Analytics
Fairfield’s Master of Science in Business Analytics program is designed for busy professionals who want to propel their organizations forward through sound strategic decisions based on a keen understanding of data and statistical methods.
This program is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) program.
Marketing Analytics and Strategy (MAS)
Fairfield’s STEM Designated Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and Strategy (MAS) program is designed to develop data-driven professionals who can use sophisticated methods to analyze consumer preferences and behavior.
MS In Finance
Fairfield University's Master of Science in Finance provides unique opportunities for individuals who want to further their careers in the areas of investments, corporate finance, and banking.
This program is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) program.
MS in Financial Technology
The STEM-designated degree program provides graduates with intricate knowledge of cutting-edge developments in the field of FinTech to lead in a technologically-sophisticated workplace.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Fairfield’s Master of Business Administration prepares students with the diverse skills required for business leadership. A generalist degree, the MBA program provides a broad foundation of knowledge, with the opportunity to specialize in a functional area of business.
Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (Executive DBA)
The Fairfield Dolan three-year, part-time hybrid Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (Executive DBA) program is designed for experienced working professionals looking to enhance their careers with a terminal business degree.
MS In Management
Fairfield’ Master of Science in Management (MSM) program is designed for non-business majors and provides recent college graduates with fundamental business knowledge and focused career development.
MBA/MSBA Dual Degree Program
The MBA/MSBA dual degree prepares professionals with data analytics and strategic management skills so graduates stand out in today’s highly demanding and competitive job market. The 60-credit dual degree program is designed to help prepare students with both technology-driven skills and broad, strategic perspectives.
MSN/MBA Dual Degree Program
Fairfield’s dual Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degree program prepares nurses with the knowledge and experience required for executive leadership positions in healthcare organizations. This dual degree provides students with the ability to earn two master’s degrees at once, giving them the ability to compete for the growing employment demand in the healthcare field.
MBA/MAS Dual Degree Program
The dual degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and Strategy (MAS) was designed to respond to such needs to prepare professionals for the challenges of the 21st century.

Graduate Certificate Programs
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate
(Accounting) | The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting is for working professionals or lifelong learners who have earned a bachelor's degree but seek to enhance a resume, improve skills, prepare for a job change, or continue to learn in a field they did not major in at college.
Graduate Business Certificates

Whether you're a working professional or part-time student, we offer specialized programs to enhance your resume, teach you news skills, further your competency in a specific field or prepare you for a change in your career.
Post Graduate Degree Certificates
The 15-credit post graduate degree certificate program is designed to provide a complete integration between the theory and practice of contemporary business. The C.A.S. programs are suitable for working professionals who have already earned a graduate degree, but whose responsibilities are currently or are expected to be in a particular specialty and desire greater depth of academic preparation in that subject area, or for individuals outside of the area who desire to understand multifunctional thinking in order to compete effectively in the marketplace.
Accelerated BS to MS Degree Programs
BS to MBA Program
Fairfield Dolan offers a BS to MBA program that allows students to obtain both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in just five years, rather than the six or more years normally required. The BS/MBA program is ideal for candidates who wish to complete the MBA early in their business careers.
A minimum of 150 credits is required to receive both degrees. 120 of the 150 credits are completed at the undergraduate level. At the graduate level, students earn a minimum of 30 credits.
BS to MS Programs
BS/MS programs allow students to complete both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years. Fairfield Dolan master’s degrees include:
Master of Science in Accounting
Marketing Analytics and Strategy (MAS)
Master of Science in Business Analytics
Master of Science in Finance
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Science in Management

Fairfield University undergraduate students interested in a BS/MS program should reapply to the graduate program they are interested in during the first semester of their senior year. The following is required:
- Online graduate application
- A personal statement of interest in, and qualifications for, a BS/MS program
- Two letters of recommendation
- A GPA of at least 3.0
- A GMAT score of at least 500
- Fairfield Dolan undergraduates who have a 3.25 cumulative GPA and 3.25 major GPA will be qualify for a GMAT waiver
- The GMAT is not required for the Master of Science in Management and Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and Strategy program
