Fairfield University's Charles F. Dolan School of Business offers seven graduate degree programs. Each program offers instruction from experienced faculty who will help you achieve your career endeavors by providing a better understanding of the larger ethical, practical, and global contexts of the workplace.
The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting is for working professionals or lifelong learners who have earned a bachelor's degree but seek to enhance a resume, improve skills, prepare for a job change, or continue to learn in a field they did not major in at college.

Certificate In Accounting
Students pursuing the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting may complete this certificate to meet a variety of goals including acquiring new job skills in the accounting field, improving or updating their accounting knowledge, and preparing for graduate study in accounting. Coursework includes the same six required accounting courses as Fairfield University’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Dates
The program, which begins each year on or about June 1st, is designed to be completed in one year. Classes are scheduled at night, but certificate students may enroll in daytime classes on a space-available basis. Course offerings vary each semester - check the course schedule for exact dates.

Students may not count certificate courses towards any Bachelor's degree major or minor requirements. All courses are offered for credit unless otherwise specified. Students must obtain at least a 2.5 GPA in the six required certificate courses listed above.

This fall start certificate is a great option for those who are currently unable to commit to the master’s degree in Business Analytics.
The Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics is a 12-credit programdesigned for the following audiences:

Those who are contemplating the MSBA but do not have the time/resources at the moment to undertake the degree program

The four required courses can be completed in one year's time by taking two courses (BA 0500 and QA 0500) in the fall semester, and two courses(BA 0510 and BA 0540) in the spring semester.
The Mini MBA is for students who have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in something other than business who now would like to gain basic business knowledge.
This is a perfect certificate for new small business owners who want to get an overview of the major areas of running a business.
This is also an attractive program for graduates who aren’t sure if they want to commit to an MBA program.
The flexibility of this program allows you to take these courses over one summer through a hybrid in-person and online format.

Post Graduate Degree Certificates
The 15-credit program is designed to provide a complete integration between the theory and practice of contemporary business. The C.A.S. programs are suitable for working professionals who have already earned a graduate degree, but whose responsibilities are currently or are expected to be in a particular specialty and desire greater depth of academic preparation in that subject area, or for individuals outside of the area who desire to understand multifunctional thinking in order to compete effectively in the marketplace.
The program requires completion of the subject area's required course plus four additional elective courses, for a total of 15 credits in the area of specialization. All programs of study are planned with the help of the director of graduate programs and consider the interests and goals of the participant.
Candidates for the certificate are to complete all requirements within three years of beginning their course work. They are expected to make some annual progress toward the certificate in order to remain in good standing. A candidate who elects to take a leave of absence must notify the dean in writing.
Grades and academic average computation are identical to those of the MBA and M.S. programs. Certificates are awarded to candidates who complete their programs with at least a 3.00 overall grade point average.

Fairfield Dolan offers a BS to MBA program that allows students to obtain both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in just five years, rather than the six or more years normally required. The BS/MBA program is ideal for candidates who wish to complete the MBA early in their business careers.
A minimum of 156 credits is required to receive both degrees. 120 of the 156 credits are completed at the undergraduate level. At the graduate level, students earn a minimum of 36 credits.
BS to MS Programs
BS/MS programs allow students to complete both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years. Fairfield Dolan master’s degrees include:

Fairfield University undergraduate students interested in a BS/MS program should reapply to the graduate program they are interested in during the first semester of their senior year. The following is required:
Online graduate application
A personal statement of interest in, and qualifications for, a BS/MS program
Two letters of recommendation
A GPA of at least 3.0
A GMAT score of at least 500
Fairfield Dolan undergraduates who have a 3.25 cumulative GPA and 3.25 major GPA will be qualify for a GMAT waiver
The GMAT is not required for the Master of Science in Management program
