Captains' Letter

Dear Friends of Fairfield Men’s Soccer,

Thank you so much for all that you have given and continue to give to the Fairfield Men’s Soccer team.

While there are several reasons that led to each of us choosing Fairfield, we all shared a similar response: the location of the school, the quality and history of the soccer program, and the values that both the soccer program and the school itself pride themselves on heavily influenced our decision.

We are thankful for all of the opportunities that Fairfield and donors have provided us and the entire team. On this STAGiving Day, March 20, we plan to participate and give back in honor of our own experiences as Stags and to ensure that future student-athletes have access to the same, or even better, opportunities than we have. You’re invited to join the celebration and make a gift in honor of your own Fairfield experience.

Because of our time at Fairfield, we’ve experienced so many unforgettable adventures that make us proud to be Stags. And that’s why we’re giving back in honor of our most memorable Fairfield moments to date— winning the MAAC Championship. Achieving the title was the absolute pinnacle of our time as student-athletes. Even though the end result of winning a championship was mind-blowing, the road to success was something the entire team cherished.

Thank you to the alumni, parents, and friends who contributed to making this opportunity and so many others possible.

Through our years here, we’ve witnessed the significant impact that donors have made on our athletic careers. Thank you for your ongoing support. The reason that our program has a strong reputation on and off the field comes down to the fact that we have people behind the scenes supporting us every step of the way. Whether it is donating money or simply supporting from afar, the effect is felt.

We hope you’ll continue your support on STAGiving Day by making a gift in honor of a coach, student-athlete, or program that made a difference to you, a family member, or a neighbor. And new this year, if you make a gift of at least $75, you can opt in to receive an exclusive pair of Stag socks. See how your support will make a difference by visiting

Thank you for contributing to the success of Fairfield Men’s Soccer!

Go Stags,
