All are invited to attend a special Mass honoring all Reunion-year alumni and remembering classmates who have passed on. Rev. Keith Maczkiewicz, S.J. '04 will preside.

Important Reminders
We’re so excited to welcome you back to campus for your long-awaited Reunion! Please read below for important items to be aware of in preparation for your celebration.
- Mask Policy: Please note that in accordance with current Town of Fairfield guidelines, masks are required inside all University buildings, regardless of vaccination status. The tent on Bellarmine Lawn is considered outdoors and masks are not required. For more information regarding campus policies, visit our Covid-19 resource page.
- Arrival on Campus: Only two gates onto campus are currently open – the main gate on North Benson Road and the Barlow Road gate. The Barlow Road gate will close at 7 p.m., so if arriving after that time, please plan to enter through the main gate. Upon arrival, please stop at the checkpoint and advise the staff member that you’re on campus for Reunion.
- Parking: Guests are encouraged to park behind Canisius Hall and Donnarumma Hall, or in the lower Bellarmine Hall lot, for the most convenient parking for both the Egan Chapel and Bellarmine Hall. Parking will also be available down the hill near the new Dolan School of Business and Barnyard Manor townhouses, as well as in the Kelley Center parking garage.
- Reunion Mass: Mass in the Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola will begin at 5:30 p.m.
- Class of 1996 25th Reunion Toast: Please be advised that the location for the 6:30 p.m. toast and class photo has changed from the DiMenna-Nyselius Library to the Bellarmine Hall Terrace. Upon arrival at Bellarmine Hall, please follow signage to exit onto the terrace.
- Dinner Dance Check-in: Check-in opens at 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival at Bellarmine Hall, please proceed through the building and follow signage to exit onto Bellarmine Lawn, where you will check in at the entrance to the tent to receive your name tags and wristbands.
- Drink Tickets: Your Bellarmine Dinner Dance ticket includes a wristband with two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets will be for sale, CASH ONLY, so please plan accordingly.
Hotel Information
As a result of Reunion being held during the academic year, all on-campus housing will be occupied by residential students. Therefore, we cannot provide on-campus housing accommodations to our alumni and guests and instead have arranged room blocks at a few local hotels. Please see below, and note that group rate availability is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend making arrangements as soon as possible.

Rescheduled Reunion Logistics
What sort of COVID-related guidelines will be in place for Reunion?
Updated September 14: In accordance with Town of Fairfield recommendations, masks are required inside University buildings, regardless of vaccination status. The tent on Bellarmine Lawn is considered outdoors and at this time, masks will not be required in the tent. Fairfield University recommends that all visitors be vaccinated or be able to provide proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of a campus visit.
To protect the health and safety of our community, the University reserves the right, at any time, to implement new guidelines for University-sponsored events and to postpone and/or cancel events if current conditions dictate that such action is needed. Please refer to our COVID-19 resource page for the latest campus policies and FAQs.
Registration
How do I register for Reunion?
To register, click HERE and select the Registration button at the top of the page. When prompted, enter your username and password to log in to the Online Community. Don’t remember your information? You can request to have it sent to you on the login page. If you are not yet a member, you can register using your unique Fairfield ID number, which can be found in your email announcing the opening of registration. Email communityhelp@fairfield.edu if you need further assistance. Registration will be open through September 28 or until the event sells out, whichever comes first. Early registration is recommended to avoid missing out in the event registration closes early.
How much does it cost to attend?
There is no charge to attend Reunion Mass or the 25th Reunion Toast and Class Photo. Tickets for the Dinner Dance on Bellarmine Lawn are $80 per person. Dinner Dance tickets include a gourmet buffet dinner and dessert bar and two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets will be available for sale at the event – CASH ONLY. There is a Bank of America ATM located on the Second Floor of the Barone Campus Center for your convenience.
How do I receive my tickets?
No tickets will be mailed. You will receive a confirmation of your registration through e-mail and will check in upon arrival at the event. Check-in instructions will be e-mailed in the days leading up to the event.
Housing/Hotel Accommodations
Will on-campus housing be available?

Bellarmine Lawn Dinner Dance
Can I reserve a table of my friends?
There is no assigned or reserved seating for this event. Tables in the tent on Bellarmine Lawn are in sections by class.
What is the dress code?
Evening cocktail/"summer wedding" attire is recommended. For the ladies celebrating on Bellarmine Lawn, we also recommend a sweater or wrap and moderate heels or flats.
Can I request a special meal (i.e, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)?
The dinner on Bellarmine Lawn will be served buffet-style and menus will indicate items that are vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. Please call the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280 for more information and/or indicate your specific needs in the “Special Accommodations” section of the registration form.
Can I bring my children/grandchildren?
The Bellarmine Lawn Dinner Dance is an adults-only event and children are not permitted.
Reunion Policies
Cancellation
The refund deadline is 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2021. After this date, we will have given counts and guarantees to our vendors and we cannot accommodate refunds. If your plans change, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280 as soon as possible.
Smoking and Drug Policy
As of January 1, 2018, Fairfield University is designated as a smoke-free, tobacco-free environment. The use of tobacco and tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco or snuff, and electronic cigarettes on campus is prohibited. In addition, all illegal substances are prohibited on campus. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be dealt with appropriately by the Department of Public Safety and the Fairfield Police Department.
