Please note, this page is for the Reunion celebrating the classes of 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2015 who were previously scheduled to celebrate Reunion in June 2020. If you're looking for information on Reunion 2021, please visit

While we had to postpone Reunion 2020, which was scheduled to be held June 5 – 7, 2020, we know how much everyone looks forward to this beloved tradition and we are still committed to celebrating once it is safe and prudent to do so. We continue to monitor state, local, and University Covid-19 guidelines and will be in touch in the coming months as details for rescheduled festivities come together. We assure you that while your Reunion will look different than what was planned for last June, our excitement in celebrating with you will be as strong as ever!

Registration: How-to, Deadlines, & Costs

Registration for Reunion Weekend 2020 will be through the Fairfield University Alumni Online Community. Become a member by visiting You'll need your Unique ID number to complete the process. You can find it on your Reunion invitation and eblasts or by e-mailing

How much does it cost to attend Reunion Weekend?

Pricing will be updated once rescheduled plans come together.

Confirmation and Tickets

No tickets are mailed. You will receive a confirmation of your registration through e-mail. 

Cancellation Policy

The refund deadline will be shared once rescheduled plans come together. After this date we will have given counts and guarantees to our vendors and we cannot accommodate refunds.

Modifications to your Reunion Registration can be made by calling the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280.

Reunion Weekend Policies


Children and grandchildren are welcome at daytime activities. Please be sure to include children’s names in your registration. Children are not permitted at evening events or in on-campus housing.

Smoking and Drug Policy

As of January 1, 2018, Fairfield University is designated as a smoke-free, tobacco-free environment. The use of tobacco and tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco or snuff, and electronic cigarettes on campus is prohibited. In addition, all illegal substances are prohibited on campus. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be dealt with appropriately by the Department of Public Safety and the Fairfield Police Department.

On-Campus Payment Methods

Walk-in registrations for event tickets may be paid for via cash or credit card. There is a Bank of America ATM located on the Second Floor of the Barone Campus Center for your convenience. 

Special Needs

Dietary requirements, food allergies, and/or accessible parking or housing for the physically challenged can be arranged for with advance notice. Please call us with any special needs at (203) 254-4280.

Event Specific Questions:

How long is the Fun Run and can all ages participate? 

The approximately three mile Fun Run around campus is TBD until plans come together for a rescheduled Reunion.

Will the RecPlex be open for use during the weekend? 

Access to the RecPlex is TBD at this time. Please note that if guest access is permitted, all who wish to work out will need to print, fill out and sign a waiver

I wish to attend Mass at Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola at Reunion - what are the times?

This information will be made available once plans for a resheduled Reunion come together.

Can I reserve a table of my friends for the Saturday Night Dinner Dance?

There is no assigned or reserved seating for this event. Tables in the tent on Bellarmine Lawn are in sections by class. 

What is the Reunion Weekend Dress Code?

Suggested dress code will be shared as rescheduled plans come together.

Can someone else pick up my registration materials if arriving on campus before me?

For security purposes, and to ensure that you receive all of your materials, we require each alumnus/na to pick up their own registration packet upon arrival. If extenuating circumstances arise, you may call the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280 prior to your arrival to arrange a special pickup. 

Can I request a special meal (i.e, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)?

Information about dietary accommodations will be shared once rescheduled plans come together. 

Are there blocks of rooms reserved if I wish to stay at a local hotel?

Once a rescheduled date has been determined, we will work to obtain a room block at one or more local hotels.
