Important Reminders

We’re so excited to welcome you back to campus for your long-awaited Reunion! Please read below for important items to be aware of in preparation for your celebration.

  • Mask Policy: Please note that in accordance with current Town of Fairfield guidelines, masks are required inside all University buildings, regardless of vaccination status. The tent on Bellarmine Lawn is considered outdoors and masks are not required at this time.
  • Arrival on Campus: Only two gates onto campus are currently open – the main gate on North Benson Road and the Barlow Road gate. The Barlow Road gate will close at 7 p.m., so if arriving after that time, please plan to enter through the main gate. Upon arrival, please stop at the checkpoint and advise the staff member that you’re on campus for Reunion.
  • Parking: Guests are encouraged to park behind Canisius Hall and Donnarumma Hall, or in the lower Bellarmine Hall lot, for the most convenient parking for both the Egan Chapel and Bellarmine Hall. Parking will also be available down the hill near the new Dolan School of Business and Barnyard Manor townhouses, as well as in the Kelley Center parking garage.
  • Class of 1995 25th Reunion Toast: Please be advised that the location for the 6:30 p.m. toast and class photo has changed from the DiMenna-Nyselius Library to the Bellarmine Hall Terrace. Upon arrival at Bellarmine Hall, please follow signage to exit onto the terrace.
  • Dinner Dance Check-in: Check-in opens at 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival at Bellarmine Hall, please proceed through the building and follow signage to exit onto Bellarmine Lawn, where you will check in at the entrance to the tent to receive your name tags and wristbands.
  • Drink Tickets: Your Bellarmine Dinner Dance ticket includes a wristband with two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets will be for sale, CASH ONLY, so please plan accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rescheduled Reunion Logistics

What sort of COVID-related guidelines will be in place for Reunion?
Updated August 23, 2021: In accordance with Town of Fairfield recommendations, all visitors, employees, and students are currently required to wear a mask inside University facilities. Much of the sidewall of the tent on Bellarmine Lawn will be removed, so that is considered an outdoor space and at present, masks will not be required under the tent. There will be hand sanitizer stations located in the tent, and the tables will be larger with fewer seats per table to allow for distancing while dining.

Fairfield University continues to work with state and local officials to monitor the ever-changing guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. To protect the health and safety of our community, the University reserves the right, at any time, to implement new guidelines for University-sponsored events and to postpone and/or cancel events if current conditions dictate that such action is needed. Please refer to our COVID-19 resource page for the latest campus policies and FAQs.
