Reunion Schedule

The schedule below is as of June 2021. Please note that all events, times, and locations are subject to change due to evolving plans, campus construction, or other extenuating circumstances. 

Saturday, September 18

5:30 p.m. Reunion Mass
Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola
All are invited to attend a special Mass honoring all Reunion-year alumni and remembering classmates who have passed on.

6:30 p.m. Class of 1995 Champagne Toast and Class Photo
Location TBD
Celebrate your 25th Reunion milestone with a champagne toast and class photo.

6:30 p.m. - Midnight Reunion Dinner Dance 
Bellarmine Great Lawn (Rain or Shine)
Enjoy a gourmet buffet dinner, then dance the night away! The Dinner Dance requires advance reservations and may sell out. This is an adults-only event.

Rescheduled Reunion Logistics

What sort of COVID-related guidelines will be in place for Reunion?
We do not yet know what might be in place on campus at that time but we will keep you updated as we get closer to the event. Fairfield University continues to work with state and local officials to monitor the ever-changing guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. To protect the health and safety of our community, the University reserves the right, at any time, to implement new guidelines for University-sponsored events and to postpone and/or cancel events if current conditions dictate that such action is needed.


How do I register for Reunion?
Registration for Reunion will open soon and will be through the Fairfield University Alumni Online Community. Become a member by visiting You'll need your Fairfield ID number to complete the process. You’ll be able to find it in your Reunion email invitation or by e-mailing

How much does it cost to attend?
We are currently finalizing ticket pricing and will update that information in the coming weeks.

Advance registration online via credit card is the preferred method of registration. Walk-in registrations, if capacity limits allow, may be paid for via cash or credit card. Drink ticket purchases are CASH ONLY. There is a Bank of America ATM located on the Second Floor of the Barone Campus Center for your convenience. 

How do I receive my tickets?
No tickets will be mailed. You will receive a confirmation of your registration through e-mail and will check in upon arrival at the event.

Hotel Accommodations

Are there blocks of rooms reserved if I wish to stay at a local hotel?
We are currently working to arrange group rates with several area hotels and will update this site as soon as we receive that information. Please note that on-campus housing will not be available.

Bellarmine Lawn Dinner Dance

Can I reserve a table of my friends?
There is no assigned or reserved seating for this event. Tables in the tent on Bellarmine Lawn are in sections by class. 

What is the dress code?
Evening cocktail/"summer wedding" attire is recommended. For the ladies celebrating on Bellarmine Lawn, we also recommend a sweater or wrap and moderate heels or flats.

Can I request a special meal (i.e, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)?
The dinner on Bellarmine Lawn will be served buffet-style and menus will indicate items that are vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. Please call the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280 for more information and/or indicate your specific needs in the “Special Accommodations” section of the registration form.

Can I bring my children/grandchildren?
The Bellarmine Lawn Dinner Dance is an adults-only event and children are not permitted.

Reunion Policies

The refund deadline is 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2021. After this date, we will have given counts and guarantees to our vendors and we cannot accommodate refunds. If your plans change, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (203) 254-4280 as soon as possible.

Smoking and Drug Policy
As of January 1, 2018, Fairfield University is designated as a smoke-free, tobacco-free environment. The use of tobacco and tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco or snuff, and electronic cigarettes on campus is prohibited. In addition, all illegal substances are prohibited on campus. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be dealt with appropriately by the Department of Public Safety and the Fairfield Police Department.
