What Is A Golden Stag?

Once graduates of Fairfield University celebrate their milestone 50th Reunion, they become members of the prestigious group known as Golden Stags. This group is the cornerstone of our alumni family and we are proud to recognize and celebrate their importance to the Fairfield community. Currently, the Golden Stags are made up of alumni from the classes of 1951 through 1969.

Golden Stags Reunion

In 2020, the classes of 1965, 1960, and 1955 reached the milestones of 55, 60, and 65 years since their graduation from Fairfield, and this year, the classes of 1966, 1961, and 1956 have that honor. We are also recognizing our first-ever 70th Reunion class, the Class of 1951! Because we were unable to celebrate Reunion in 2020, this fall we are welcoming back both groups for a combined Golden Stags Reunion on Saturday, November 6, 2021. See below for more information and register today!
