What Is A Golden Stag?

Once graduates of Fairfield University celebrate their milestone 50th Reunion, they become members of the prestigious group known as Golden Stags. This group is the cornerstone of our alumni family and we are proud to recognize and celebrate their importance to the Fairfield community. Currently, the Golden Stags are made up of alumni from the classes of 1951 through 1969.

Upcoming Events

Due to ongoing restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, all in-person alumni events have been postponed for the time being. However, the Office of Alumni Relations has transitioned to offering a full slate of virtual events and opportunities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.

55th, 60th, And 65th Reunion

In 2020, the classes of 1965, 1960, and 1955 reached the milestones of 55, 60, and 65 years since their graduation from Fairfield, and this year, the classes of 1966, 1961, and 1956 have that honor! While an in-person Reunion continues to remain on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we looking forward to welcoming all of these classes back to campus as soon as it is safe to do so. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months!

In the meantime, check out the photo album from the 2019 Golden Stags Reunion for the Classes of 1954, 1959, and 1964!
