What Is A Golden Stag?

Once graduates of Fairfield University celebrate their milestone 50th Reunion, they become members of the prestigious group known as Golden Stags. This group is the cornerstone of our alumni family and we are proud to recognize and celebrate their importance to the Fairfield community. Currently, the Golden Stags are made up of alumni from the classes of 1951 through 1972.

Upcoming Events

Save the Date for a Golden Stags Reunion! On October 1, 2023, all Golden Stags are invited to recognize the following classes and their milestone celebrations:

1953: 70th Reunion
1958: 65th Reunion
1963: 60th Reunion
1968: 55th Reunion

The celebration will begin with Mass at 11 a.m. in the Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius of Loyola, followed by a luncheon in the Dolan School of Business Event Hall. Registration will open later this summer and more details will be shared at that time.

In addition to Golden Stag-specific events and offers throughout the year, Golden Stags are invited to attend all alumni events, both in-person and virtual. Check below for a link to the full listing of upcoming events, as well as links to the Quick Center for the Arts and the Fairfield University Art Museum.
