One-week and Two-week Courses
Unless otherwise noted, one-week intensive credit courses will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for five days: Wednesday (Jan. 2), Thursday (Jan. 3), Friday (Jan. 4), Monday (Jan. 7), and Tuesday (Jan. 8).
Access to the Internet via DSL or cable connection is necessary. Pre-work is required before the start of class.
Advance Preparation
Every intensive course requires advance preparation. Students who register for a course must obtain a syllabus from the University College office, buy textbooks, and complete assignments prior to the start of classes.
Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007 is the latest date that syllabi and books may be obtained. The University College office and the bookstore will be closed for the winter break after this date and will reopen January 2nd.
Registration
Registration deadline for online courses is Dec. 19, 2007 and for on campus classes, December 20, 2007. Due to the short length of the intersession, personal or corporate promissory notes for deferred payment are not acceptable. Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
How to Register:
- All students can register by mail, phone (203-254-4288), fax (203-254-4288), online (in your Stagweb account) or in person in the Registrar's Office in the Kelley Center. A syllabus will be mailed to all students who take classroom courses.
- Students taking online courses must login to StagWeb by Dec. 20, 2007 to get syllabus e-mailed from instructor.

Credit courses: $1,290 per course
