I have some credits from another college and want to finally finish my bachelor's degree, but I can't attend full time.

I took a break from college for 2...5...10...15 years. I want to transfer as many credits as I can to obtain my degree as quickly as possible.

University College is your open door to completing any major offered by Fairfield University. Combining work and classes is made even easier through a number of Bachelor's Degree Completion programs specially scheduled for greater flexibility. These degree programs can be completed entirely through a mix of evening, weekend, intersession, and online courses. In addition, you may be eligible to transfer up to 75 credits of previous college credit and credit by (CLEP) examination, as well as turn work experience and specific knowledge into credit.

I never attended college and want to start on my degree, but I can only attend part time.

University College's Bachelor Degree Completion Programs are also designed to accommodate adults just starting out towards an undergraduate degree. With part-time day, evening, weekend, intersession, and online courses, our academic advisors make it easy for you to get started on a degree at a pace that works with your schedule.

I just finished high school and want to earn a degree, but I need a flexible option.

University College's SELECT program is designed for recent high school graduates who want to pursue a bachelor's degree at their own pace. This program offers a unique opportunity to receive the education, assistance, and advising of a full-degree program, but with more flexible scheduling.

I want to earn credits towards a degree, but I'm not comfortable about committing to 120 credits.

For some, the prospect of fulfilling the number of credits needed for a bachelor's degree can be overwhelming; they prefer an interim credential step. An Associate of Arts degree lets you achieve your first academic credential with 60 credits, plus the credits earned can be applied towards a bachelor's degree in the future.

While I'm home I want to use...

the winter/spring intersession... the summer session...

...to gain credits towards a degree I'm pursuing at another university.t

College students can use their time in Fairfield County during semester breaks to take required classes or accelerate earning credits. University College is an ideal option for enrolling in summer courses or winter/spring intersession.

I have my bachelor's degree and want to gain additional professional skills to expand my career opportunities.

A Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is highly valuable in gaining the skills necessary to adjust or further a career path. Plus, University College's evening, weekend, intersession, and online courses make it easy to fit classes into a busy schedule.

I want to challenge my mind and get intellectual stimulation.

I want to expand my horizons through cultural enrichment.

The Personal and Professional Enrichment resources of Fairfield University are open to you. You can enroll in undergraduate courses through University College or in any number of cultural programs. Fairfield University's Open VISIONS Forum brings you nationally and internationally recognized speakers and artists.
