The SELECT Program

Specially designed for recent high school grads

University College's SELECT program allows recent high school graduates to pursue a bachelor's degree from nationally ranked Fairfield University at their own pace. It's not too late to enroll for a degree. Our academic advisors make it easy to SELECT this unique path to a promising futureand will guide you through:

    • Creating a degree plan
    • Registering for classes
    • Matriculating into a degree program after successfully completing four courses (with a grade of C or better) at Fairfield University

As a SELECT Program student, you will enjoy:

  • Quick Start Application process - no SAT's or college essays required.
  • Flexible scheduling - choose from part-time day, evening, weekend, intersession, and on-line classes that fit your pace. University College's flexible schedule even makes it possible to complete your degree without having to attend any day courses so that you can balance work and classes.
  • Reduced tuition - part-time students can qualify for special tuition rates.
  • Financial aid - enroll in 6 or more credits per semester to be eligible.
  • Personalized academic advising and career assessment - obtain the assistance you need in choosing classes, majors, and minors throughout the program.
