Online courses are offered during the summer, fall, spring, and intersessions and accomodate students accelerating their degree program. Credit Courses for undergraduate credit. Please refer to the course schedule for a list of courses, dates, and descriptions. See below for logon instructions.
Professional Development Courses (non-credit) Update your skills, discover a new talent or chart a career path at your own pace. Take courses in language, computer skills, finance, office skills, photography, writing and editing, health and wellness and many more topics. Cost: $89 unless otherwise noted.
Courses run for 6 weeks and you can enroll anytime during the semester. Register online and you will be contacted by Fairfield University for payment and log on instructions within 48 hours or sooner.
Online courses are especially effective for motivated students with an independent learning style. To find out how well an online course will fit your lifestyle and circumstances, please take a brief online survey from the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium and get immediate feed-back on the suitability of online learning for you.
Important information for students enrolled in a credit online course.
- Students must have reliable access to the Internet to participate in on-line courses.
- Log in to your course on the course start date. Books should be purchased before the course begins. You can purchase books online at www.efollett.com or call (203) 254-4262.
- Students will log in to online courses from StagWeb at http://stagweb.fairfield.edu. If you don't already have an active StagWeb account please follow instructions for opening a StagWeb account. After logging in you will find your online course under the "Academics" tab. Your professor will e-mail you instructions for logging into your course via StagWeb e-mail the week prior to the start of your course.
