Be a Career Mentor in the Job Shadow Program over Winter Break

Students need alumni help now more than ever. You can make a difference in the career decisions of junior and senior year students by participating in the Job Shadow Program over winter break each year.

What is the Job Shadow Program?

The Job Shadow Program is designed to give junior and senior year students at Fairfield the unique opportunity to get an inside view of a particular profession or industry in their hometown during winter break. Alumni mentors who participate in this program help students to see firsthand how skills learned in the classroom relate to the workplace while also building a network of alumni contacts. Whether you have a day to give, a half day, or even a lunch meeting, your time is extremely beneficial to the students.
