StagCard Office
Eligibility and Requirements
StagCards are issued to all currently registered students and active employees of the University. Special access cards are also available for University guests, contractors, and temporary employees. To obtain a StagCard, you must bring a government-issued photo identification card (e.g., passport, driver's license, military ID, etc.).
Security Issues
The StagCard system was implemented to provide account and access security. Each cardholder must help maintain the integrity of the system by immediately reporting lost cards and notifying the University's Department of Public Safety or the StagCard Office if they witness doors being propped open, abuse of card readers, or unauthorized StagCard use.
Account Information
An online card office, http://www.stagcardonline.com, allows all StagCard holders to make a deposit to StagBucks (using a MasterCard or Visa), check their balances, verify their transactions, and deactivate a StagCard if it is lost or stolen.
Problem Resolution
If a cardholder believes that their account was improperly charged, they should bring their receipt or account statement to the StagCard Office.
Cardholder Agreement
The StagCard Cardholder Agreement contains all of the policies and procedures governing the use and services of the StagCard. The StagCard Cardholder Agreement is published annually in the Student Handbook distributed by the Office of the Dean of Students.
