Training Programs - Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.)
The Department of Public Safety offers an Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) course established by the State of Connecticut and National Registry of E.M.T.'s. This certificate program offers students the knowledge and skills necessary to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care to those who are sick or injured.
Each course consists of both classroom and hands-on instruction in which participants are provided with textbooks, equipment, and supplies. This course is taught by Fairfield University Public Safety Officers who are nationally certified E.M.T. Instructors.
Cost: $685.00 - 14.4 CEU hours are available at an extra charge
