51 McInnes Road
51 McInnes Road is a new apartment-style residence hall located behind the library on the former Village parking lot.
Construction on this new residence hall began in the spring of 2010 and was completed in August 2011.
Apartment units consist of 2-, 3-, or 4-person double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom(s). Apartments are centrally air-conditioned and climate-controlled.
Apartments are equipped with the following:
- Beds
- Desks
- Desk chairs
- Wardrobes/closets
- Chests of drawers
- Living room couch and loveseat or chair
- Coffee table
- Refrigerator and stove
- Kitchen table and chairs
- Cable TV connections in the living room and each of the bedrooms
- Computer network connections in all bedrooms and one in the living room
