70 McCormick Road

70 McCormick Road, which commenced construction in the spring of 2010, is a traditional dormitory style residence hall that houses 135 students in the Quad area of campus. The new residence became available for occupancy in the fall of 2011.

The new residence hall at 70 McCormick Road directly addresses the need for residential environments that relate to the University's living and learning goals and will house the Service for Justice residential college.

This building is a truly state of the art, offering commons and study spaces on every floor. The expansive ground floor commons are a perfect place for people to gather and host community events.

The first floor pre-cast plank was successfully installed on September 15, 2010.
