The residence hall had been a construction zone since the spring of 2010 and was ready for occupancy in September 2011.

Dolan Hall houses 180 students in apartment style rooms. Some rooms have a view of the Long Island sound and all students have access to beautiful lounges.

Apartment units consist of 2-, 3-, or 4-person double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom(s). Apartments are centrally air-conditioned and climate-controlled.

Apartments are equipped with the following:

  • Beds
  • Desks
  • Desk chairs
  • Wardrobes/closets
  • Chests of drawers
  • Living room couch and loveseat or chair
  • Coffee table
  • Refrigerator and stove
  • Bar stools
  • Cable TV connections in the living room and each of the bedrooms
  • Computer network connections in all bedroomsand one in the living room
