Got Conflict? Mediation Can Help!

Conflict - in the dorm, in class work groups, in clubs, or on teams - is inevitable in a community like Fairfield University. The Fairfield University Conflict Resolution Consortium (CRC) can help.

The CRC provides training and conflict resolution services in order to enhance our ways of communicating with each other, of understanding diverse and disparate voices, and of approaching relationships so that conflict can be addressed or even avoided.

The CRC's conflict resolution methods, such as mediation and conflict resolution management training, focus on building trust and finding just, creative, and constructive ways to resolve conflict across our community and to encourage mutual gain solutions to disputes.
