I always wanted to be a teacher.

First Job

When I was 15 I got a job as a page at Pequot Library, Southport. This must be where my obsessive organizational skills were formed. Alphabetizing, and Dewey Decimal ... phew!

Hobbies

I love to read murder mysteries, the daily newspaper, magazines, etc. Must have formed this habit from my library job too!

I love being outdoors. As a kid we were always outside; left the house in the morning and had to be home when the streetlights went on. We would play in construction sites, the woods, and we would ride our bikes to the beach.

Now its doing yard work, planting, or just hanging out.
