Recruitment Offerings
On-Campus Recruiting: On-campus recruiting for seniors at Fairfield takes place in the fall and spring semesters. On-campus recruiting for junior summer non-credit internships takes place during February and March.
Depending upon the job market, 100 to 130 organizations choose Fairfield University to participate in the on-campus recruiting program. These organizations represent major firms within the metro region including financial services, management consulting, and marketing/communication organizations. Many organizations recruit students in junior year to participate in their summer internship programs.
We invite you to participate in any of our recruiting programs. All undergraduate full-time matriculated students are eligible.
Employer Presentations
Presentations are open invitations from employers to all juniors and seniors to promote their respective organization to the student body. They are held at least three weeks before the campus interview date to allow students the opportunity to learn about the organization and the positions they are seeking to fill. All students are encouraged to attend.
Interview Preparation Sessions
These are meetings usually scheduled the evening before the recruiting date. These sessions are open to students who have been selected to interview. In general, employers cover material that otherwise would be repeated at the time of the interview. Employers need to e-mail selected students to invite them for the Interview Preparation Session.
