Service Programs
"Love consists in sharing what one has and what one is with those one loves. Love ought to show itself in deeds more than in words."
- St. Ignatius of Loyola
The prime focus of Jesuit education at Fairfield University is the formation of 'men and women for others' through service accompanied by reflection. Jesuit education helps students to realize their talents and that their talents should not be used simply for personal gain but to promote the common good.
Community service is an important part of your entire learning experience and formation here at Fairfield University. Students can choose from programs in health care, soup kitchens, animal welfare, special needs, mentoring, and urban revitalization programs.
If you are interested in volunteering, please check out the links on the left. We hope you'll join us!
