Charles is President, North Shore Healthcare Enterprises, a strategic healthcare investment firm, focusing on the expansion of existing business, and the development and investment in new businesses within the North Shore-Long Island Jewish (NSLIJ) Health System. Over the past six years, Charles also functioned as Regional Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer within the NSLIJ Health System. Prior to NSLIJ, Charles was Senior Managing Director at JP Morgan for over 20 years, serving in several leadership capacities, including President, JP Morgan Securities, Chief Operating Officer: Global Markets and Private Equity, and Chief Financial Officer: JP Morgan's Investment Bank. Charles also provides community service to many organizations, serving on the Advisory Boards of Georgetown and Fairfield Universities, Holy Child Academy, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York, St. Mary's Manhasset Parish Finance Committee and as CEO, Gerry Trunz Foundation for the advancement of ovarian cancer research and palliative care services.
