Pre-requisite: Differential Calculus - MA 025, or equivalent

Assistance: I am available before and after class, and tutoring is available.

Time: 6:30 p.m., Thursdays

Text: Thomas' Calculus, Tenth Edition, revised by Finney, Weir and Giordano, 2001, Addison-Wesley

Evaluation Procedures:

Homework is assigned and corrected weekly. Late homework cannot normally be accepted (except for absence), as we go over the previous week's assignment at the beginning of every class. Homework is important and counts for 30% of the grade. There will three "4-week" one-hour tests, essentially one per chapter, and a final exam. The overall grading criteria are:

Homework 30%
3 tests 40%
Final 30%

Special arrangements: Any student who needs a special accommodation due to a disability should please come and discuss it with me.
