Student organizations are expected to use Fairfield University's Dining Services, managed by Sodexho USA, for any catering or other food/beverage needs. The Catering Office publishes a catering guide and menu specifically for student organizations.
Requests for use of another food service provider or supplies can be made to the Office of Student Activities & Facilities, which will, in turn, review the request with the Catering Office.
