New Student Programs
Kelley Center, ext. 3288
The Office of New Student Programs is responsible for all orientation programs for undergraduate students and parents, as well as the Freshman Year Experience (FYE) program for full-time, undergraduate freshmen. All new student programs require a significant number of student volunteers and provide some of the most significant leadership development opportunities available to upperclassmen. The Office of New Student Programs also oversees orientation, services and programs for international students and scholars. In this respect, the Office of New Student Programs counsels students with regard to proper maintenance of non-immigrant status in compliance with federal regulations, and also sponsors programs for international students to become fully engaged in the life of the University. |
