If a student is locked out of his or her room during normal business hours, he or she may temporarily sign out a duplicate key at the Office of Residence Life. RAs are available during "on-duty" hours to let students into their room if they are locked out. At all other times, service for lockouts will be provided on an emergency basis only through the Department of Public Safety and the Area Coordinator "on duty." Students are charged a $10 lockout fee.
