New Student Programs

The Office of New Student Programs exists to assist new undergraduate students and their families in their transition to Fairfield University. The office oversees Orientation programs for students and parents both during the summer and immediately prior to the start of classes for the fall semester.

In addition, the office facilitates an abbreviated Orientation program for transfer students before the fall and spring semesters. All full-time, undergraduate freshmen participate in the First-Year Experience (FYE) program, which includes speakers, small group meetings, and a service component.
